1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ak 44 platform and all services connected to it. By accessing this website or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms described below.

3 Account Verification

ak 44 may request identity verification documents at any time. Verification is mandatory particularly before significant withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected on an account.

3.1 Required Documents

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement (where applicable).
• A recent photo or selfie (to match the face against the document).

3.2 Verification Process

Account verification is completed after the submitted documents are reviewed. The time required for verification cannot be specified exactly, but the support team will try to complete the process as quickly as possible. Withdrawals may be on hold while verification is pending.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

• ak 44 Slots Festival: 75% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25 times — applicable in the slots section.
• Cricket Field Reward: 60% bonus, up to ৳12,000, wagering 18 times — applicable in the cricket or sports section.
• Birthday Gift: up to ৳2,000, wagering 10 times — once per year.
• Friend Referral Reward: up to ৳3,000, wagering 15 times — based on each successful referral.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be applied to the same transaction at the same time.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement for a bonus is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bets placed using bonus balance must comply with the designated rules of the game.
• ak 44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Casino Games

Casino games offered on ak 44 are operated by various third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) rate. The outcome of any game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which cannot be influenced by any external factor.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the outcome of a bet depends on the actual result of the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, ak 44 will act in accordance with its own policy.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits may change at any time. Special rules may apply during particular events or major tournaments.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game result is incomplete due to a server outage, connection issue, or any other technical error, ak 44 will review the log records and take appropriate action. In such cases, the bet may be cancelled and the stake returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak 44 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonus terms.
• Playing or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to damage the platform's systems through any method.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of or for the benefit of persons under 21 years of age.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

The ak 44 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. The platform's liability is limited for any loss arising from technical issues, internet outages, or third-party software errors.

The right is reserved to temporarily suspend services in unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government directives, or technical emergencies). In such situations, decisions regarding active bets will be made separately.

10 Changes to Terms

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 At the Member's Request

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. Upon a written request to the support team, the account will be closed accordingly. Before closure, the member must ensure that the balance has been withdrawn and any ongoing bonus wagering has been completed.

11.2 At the Platform's Initiative

ak 44 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Bonus abuse or attempted fraud.
